Jennalee is an outgoing and adventurous therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs. With a Master of Counselling Psychology and nearly a decade of experience as a Registered Social Worker, she has worked closely with children aged 5-13 in the school system, as well as individuals and families facing a variety of challenges.
Jennalee’s approach is solution-focused, person-centered, and rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Jennalee believes in creating a warm, confidential, and supportive space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Jennalee works with individuals of all ages, specializing in trauma, depression, and anxiety and offers couples counseling, helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect.
Jennalee is available for sessions in our new Lacombe office, in Red Deer office on Wednesdays from 930am-3pm, and online, offering flexible options to meet your needs. During the warmer months, Jennalee also offers walk-and-talk sessions, providing a unique way to engage in therapy while benefiting from movement and fresh air.
