Christina Joseph MACP, CCC, RCC
Christina is a masters-level therapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. She holds a graduate degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, along with a Diploma in Addictions Counselling. She brings a wide range of experience to her practice, including over 10 years working in health care, with a strong background in crisis intervention, as well as more than 15 years dedicated to community engagement and nonprofit work.
Christina’s practice is trauma-informed and grounded in a passion for effective therapy that helps clients move through areas where they feel stuck.
Christina has training in a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brain-spotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
Christina integrates these approaches to support deeper healing, emotional regulation, and nervous system awareness.
Christina is committed to supporting lasting relief and meaningful change, while staying current with the latest research-based therapeutic approaches.

Jennalee Schafer MACP, BSW, RSW, CCC
Jennalee is an outgoing and adventurous Certified Canadian Counsellor, Registered Social Worker and holds a Master of Counselling Psychology degree with over 10 years of experience.
Jennalee is a therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs and she has worked closely with children aged 5-13 in the school system, as well as individuals and families facing a variety of challenges.
Jennalee’s therapeutic approach is using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as a solution-focused, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Jennalee believes in creating a warm, confidential, and supportive space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Jennalee works with individuals of all ages, specializing in trauma, depression, and anxiety. Jennalee also works with couples and families helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect.
Jennalee is available for sessions in our new Lacombe office and in the Red Deer office on Wednesday mornings. She also offers online sessions and phone sessions. If you cannot find a time, please reach out to her directly.
During the warmer months, Jennalee also offers walk-and-talk sessions, providing a unique way to engage in therapy while benefiting from movement and fresh air.

Madison holds a bachelor degree in Social Work and is a Registered Social Worker. Madison has over 8 years of experience working with seniors, teens, families in the private and public health care system.
Madison loves working with children, teens and adults who are struggling with navigating parenting challenges, relationship changes, self confidence, emotional regulation or everyday stress.
Madison also is specially trained and enjoys working with senior’s who need support with cognitive assessments, support for completing or gathering information for personal directives, enduring power of attorney, navigating end of life supports and support to families of seniors.
Madison’s approach is to walk along side you or your family through your journey. Madison works part time and offers low cost therapy and works both days and evenings in Red Deer and Lacombe.
When Madison is not providing therapy, she is working at Alberta Health Services as a social worker supporting seniors and their families.
After work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family camping and being outdoors.
